Gort Muire Reflections

People come to know the Order by personal contact through school, parish or with a members of the Order, and also though the spiritual writings of Carmelite Saints. The first stage of formal contact/discernment is with the Director of Vocations. This is an opportunity for the individual to find out more about the Order, and the work that the Carmelites do in Ireland and around the world. It is an opportunity to the individual to explore his vocation further.
